I would like say a big thank you to the people at Miller Nissan and commend you on your courtesy and professionalism.
We very much dislike car buying and test drove and visited many dealerships from Lebanon to southern NH and none of them compared to Miller Nissan.
We asked Jim P. in service to be our eyes so we wouldn't get trapped by the typical salesmen before we knew if the car was what we wanted. If it wasn't for Jim we would have probably not even looked there because of the distance from us.
It turns out everyone there is not typical. Our salesman David was very nice and not pushy at all. In a very short time we had the car we were looking for at the right price with no arm bending. As enjoyable as it could be.
[We had] A very minor problem with the radio and once again Jim has gone above and beyond to help get it fixed. My wife and I are very happy and I did not expect it.

A recent vehicle purchase at Miller Chevrolet in Lebanon has stirred me to write this letter regarding the personnel and service that I have received over many years dealing with the folks at the various Miller Auto franchises.
Over the course of the past decade, or more, I have purchased 14 different vehicles from the various dealerships at Miller Auto. The list includes numerous Dodge Dakotas, a number of Chevy Camaros, a Chevy Silverado, a Dodge Grand Caravan, a Dodge Ram, a Chevy Tahoe, and probably others that I have forgotten over the years. So, I speak with many years of dealings with the Miller Auto Group of dealerships.
I have been extremely pleased with all of the vehicles I have purchased as well as the personnel that I have had dealings with. As testament thereof, I continue to be a loyal customer and will be for many years to come.
I purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram truck from Mark Avery at Miller Dodge a couple of years ago. . It took less than an hour to finalize the purchase. He was professional, personable, and very helpful in processing the purchase of the Ram. He wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my purchase.
I would also like to address my dealings with Miller Auto Group owner Joe Cicotte. I met Joe several years ago when I had a very minor issue with my Dodge Ram. This type of personal commitment to customer satisfaction might normally be reserved for major vehicle issues. Although mine was a relatively minor problem, Joe treated it with the same level of dedication that might normally be reserved for more major problems. I had occasion to call him directly and I was always encouraged by his friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Here was an owner of a multi franchised dealership taking the time to help one customer and he sincerely wanted to make sure his customer was satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. Whether or not I ever returned to his dealerships for another purchase, he wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with this one transaction.
During the course of my most recent purchase from Miller Chevrolet Joe made it a point to come to the showroom and ask how things were going. He promised that his employees would make me the best possible deal and that, if there was ever a problem with the vehicle or process, that he was only a phone call away. Every time I see Joe he greets me enthusiastically and continues to check on my satisfaction with my vehicles. I truly believe that he is not satisfied with anything less than 100% satisfaction on the part of his customers.
It has been such a great pleasure to do business with Miller Auto over the years. The fact that I have now purchased 14 cars/trucks from them is testimony that all facets of every transaction have been handled to my complete satisfaction. I will be back for one more purchase in the next few years, my retirement vehicle to head south in, a new Dodge Charger or Chevrolet Camaro. I know that Joe and his employees will be ready and willing to make my last purchase just as easy as all my others.

We wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our 2006 Jeep Wrangler purchase at Miller. Cliff Wood was so helpful and friendly that he actually made the purchase pleasurable. We never got any of the pushy, strong sales tactics that everyone dreads when they embark on a search for a new car.
Cliff had all the facts about the model we were interested in and worked with us at our own pace, showing patience and a friendly, polite manner that we found really easy to work with. In fact we had found a similar Jeep elsewhere and decided to go with Miller because we felt we got better treatment from Cliff and thought he was a much better salesperson.
Everyone at Miller was friendly even after the sale when I brought my vehicle in for inspection. I had so many questions regarding the car and the guys in service patiently answered all of them in a very detailed and helpful way.

I recently had my car repaired when the key got stuck in the ignition. I own a 2006 Chevy Cobalt. On Thursday March 4th, I dropped the car off and due to a combination of things related to getting the key out of the ignition, the car was in the shop until yesterday (March 11th).
Steve Malinoski (Chevrolet Service Advisor) and Roger Zwicker (Chevrolet Service Manager) were so wonderful and patient with me through the process...they accommodated me and stayed in touch with genuine concern.
For this, I want their boss to know what great ambassadors they are for your company!
You have a new friend for Miller Auto and I will spread the word about the great service I received and how terrific Steve and Roger are to work with.
Snowstorms in New England in Winter are pretty commonplace. But when it snows at a car dealership, it's a pretty big deal! We have to make sure that our cars and our lots are clean and safe for customers and employees. That means that not one, but 100's of cars have to be cleaned off and moved so that the lots can be plowed, and then re-parked in nice, neat rows once the pavement has been scraped clean of its snow. It's a lot of work.
Dan Weatherby, a sales consultant at Miller Nissan, took the time on his day off to come in to the dealership and help clean off cars, move the lot and then re-park the cars after plowing. But Dan didn't stop there. When the folks at Miller Nissan were finished with their lot, Dan saw that the folks at Miller Chevrolet were still working on cleaning up theirs...so he went over and helped Miller Chevrolet to finish with their clean up, too.
People in general let forth a heavy sigh when it snows and accumulates; at a car dealership there's a general groan. Dealership employees, particularly salespeople, work lots of hours; a day off is a pretty precious thing. So it's REALLY going the EXTRA extra mile when you come in on your day off and help not just your own dealership, but also the one across the street, to clean up after a snow storm.
We all want to acknowledge Dan Weatherby for being a valuable team member within The Miller Auto Group, and for "Going the EXTRA extra mile!"
